Asset Manager – Industrial

Growth opportunity with prominent New York Real Estate firm

Responsibilities include:

• Strategic management of industrial assets including leasing, oversight of capital improvements with a mindset toward maximizing overall asset value
• Interface and collaborate with JV partners, maintaining positive relationships while executing business plans to enhance industrial portfolio
• Work cohesively with internal departments to accomplish goals, e.g., acquisitions, dispositions
• Oversee property operations, as well as related financial reporting
• Travel to properties as required

Requirements:

• 5+ years industrial or related Asset Management experience
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to effectively multitask and prioritize with both a micro and macro perspective
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field
• Leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams as needed
• Proficiency in Excel and Argus Enterprise preferred

Compensation commensurate with experience – Range $200K – $225K+ Bonus
