VP of Portfolio Management- Palm Beach County, FL

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee portfolio of Florida-based multifamily assets, making strategic decisions regarding short and long term objectives
  • Supervise performance of leasing, construction and property management teams to ensure the execution of asset strategies
  • Develop strategies to add asset value on behalf of ownership, executing pivotal decisions to maximize cash flow and returns on asset portfolio
  • Regularly assess property conditions, operational efficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement asset and portfolio reviews
  • Supervise and mentor staff to promote collaborative work environment and maximize productivity

Skills & Qualifications:

  • BS/BA required: Major in Finance or related. Advanced degree a plus
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Advanced financial modeling skills required (Excel required)
  • 7+ years experience both at the asset and portfolio management level

Salary $200K-$250K+bonus
