Our client, a well-respected international financial services firm, seeks a senior professional to serve as Chief Operating Officer overseeing the U.S. division. This key role drives business performance and provides leadership on large-scale initiatives directly impacting company profitability. Serves as a key advisor and strategic partner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall business strategy, overseeing revenue opportunities and performance
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across the business
- Review client and leadership metrics and priorities
- Partner with senior management providing strategic counsel and accountability
- Set new priorities and major initiatives, prioritizing stakeholder alignment
- Develop data-driven recommendations
- Coordinate budgets with the CFO
- Produce and present executive presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of study
- 10-15+ years of COO/Business Management experience in the Securities Industry
- Extensive experience in Equities business preferred
- Demonstrated success delivering initiatives to stakeholders
- In-depth experience mentoring staff and serving as an advisor throughout the business
- Exceptional communications skills with ability to provide complex insights and business recommendations
- High level of integrity and professional standards
Compensation: $185k – $325k based on experience + bonus
